A typical package: pressure-wash the driveway and exterior, transform the gardens and lawn, deep clean inside including windows and carpets, touch up paint and fix the small defects buyers notice. Agents tell us it's the highest-ROI money a vendor spends.
We work to your agent's photography and open-home dates, and can maintain the property through the campaign so every open home looks like the first one.
