We clear all gutters and downpipes by hand and vacuum, flush-test the flow, and photograph the finished result so you can see the job without climbing a ladder.
While we're up there we'll flag anything else — rusted sections, loose brackets, cracked tiles, TV antenna issues — so small problems don't become big ones.
