Common questions
How long until carpets are dry?
Usually 2–6 hours depending on airflow and weather. We recommend keeping windows open and fans on where possible.
Can you remove old stains?
We remove or significantly improve most stains. Very old set-in stains (bleach, dye, burns) may be permanent, and we'll tell you honestly on the spot.
